ClinReview Basic |

The ClinReview Basic service is the most cost effective consulting option for doctors who want their work to be doubled-checked or reviewed by an Invisalign® expert before aligners are manufactured. It is designed for doctors who have some Invisalign® experience and are comfortable setting up and modifying a clincheck on their own before seeking final review from an expert. With this service, a ClinReview consultant will look at your existing clincheck ONCE. Via e-mail, your ClinReview consultant will recommend any necessary changes to the clincheck and comment on the case as needed. It is your responsibility to then enter the suggested modifications onto your clincheck. If you use this service and decide that you need further help on the case beyond one clincheck review, it is easy to upgrade to the ClinReview Unlimited service.
Required Materials: Invisalign® user name and password, your patients chief complaint, and your treatment goals. Please Note: ClinReview Basic service does not include reviews of future clinchecks for a given case such as a case refinement or a mid-course correction. If a case refinement or mid-course correction is needed and you wish for a ClinReview consultant to review the new clincheck, please select our ClinReview Case Refinement or Mid-Course Correction service for $99. |

ClinReview Unlimited |

The ClinReview Unlimited service provides doctors with unlimited clincheck reviews by a ClinReview consultant. In addition, doctors are able to ask as many questions of the ClinReview consultants as needed. However, it is your responsibility to e-mail your ClinReview consultant every time a new clincheck is ready to be reviewed. Each time your clincheck is reviewed, your ClinReview consultant will e-mail all treatment recommendations to you and it is then your responsibility to enter the suggested modifications onto your clincheck.
Required Materials: Invisalign® user name and password, your patients chief complaint, and your treatment goals. Please Note: ClinReview Unlimited service NOW INCLUDES reviews of future clinchecks for a given case such as a case refinement or a mid-course correction. |

ClinReview Treat |

The ClinReview Treat service provides doctors with both treatment planning and clincheck services. Upon e-mail receipt of records and a statement of your goals for the case, a ClinReview consultant will e-mail you our treatment planning form. This information can then be used to help you fill out your actual Invisalign® form. In addition, the ClinReview consultant will make any necessary comments on the case. It is your responsibility to e-mail your ClinReview consultant when the initial clincheck is ready for review. Each time your clincheck is reviewed, your ClinReview consultant will e-mail all treatment recommendations to you and it is then your responsibility to enter the suggested modifications onto your clincheck.
Required Materials: Panoramic or Full Mouth Series of radiographs, Composite of facial and intra-oral photos, Invisalign® user name and password, your patients chief complaint, and your treatment goals. Please Note: ClinReview Treat service NOW INCLUDES reviews of future clinchecks for a given case such as a case refinement or a mid-course correction. |

Use this service if you have purchased ClinReview Basic on a particular case and decide that you have additional questions or would like for a ClinReview consultant to look at the case again. Upgrading from ClinReview Basic to ClinReview Unlimited allows for unlimited clincheck reviews by a ClinReview consultant.

Please Note: If you are submitting a case to ClinReview for the first time at the case refinement or mid-course correction stage, please select either the ClinReview Basic or the ClinReview Unlimited service. This option is only for cases that were previously submitted to us as ClinReview Basic. |

The Pre-Submission Advice (PSA) product is designed to give you a brief overview of what to expect from Invisalign® treatment on a given case. We will provide you with a rough estimate of timeframe, level of difficulty, and possible limitations on the case. Please submit to us a standard orthodontic composite of 8 patient photos and a statement of your goals for the case. After reviewing the case, we will e-mail back to you a PSA report. Make sure to ask any questions that you might have about the case prior to submission, as PSA does not include any follow-up communications from the ClinReview consultant.
