| David R. Boschken, D.M.D. |
 Dr. David R. Boschken is one of the worlds most prominent Invisalign®
providers. He has treated over 1,300 patients with Invisalign. In addition
to his Invisalign® Elite practices in the Bay Area, Dr. Boschken is
respected as one of Align's Alpha Doctors. Dr. Boschken has been responsible for
training and certifying Invisalign® doctors since 2001 as a member of Align
's certification team and he has consulted on over 13,000 cases as the
chief consultant for Invisalign® Consulting Services. In addition to
mentoring ICS customers with their cases, Dr. Boschken has developed the largest
Invisalign® study club in the world and provides assistance to hundreds of
dentists nationwide on their Invisalign® patients. |
| Geoffrey M. Glick, D.M.D., M.S.D. |
 Dr. Geoffrey Glick is pleased to continue in his capacity as an
Invisalign® consultant to general dentists and orthodontists. During his 3 years as
an ICS consultant, Dr. Glick helped doctor's treatment plan and clincheck
over 3,000 Invisalign® cases. Dr. Glick practices orthodontics in the Boston
area and his practice is one of only several in New England that have been
designated by Invisalign® as Premier Provider Elite, placing him in the
top 1% of all Invisalign® providers. He was awarded Align's Century Club
award as a Top 100 Invisalign® orthodontist in 2005 and 2006. His
Invisalign® patients have included members of the Boston Celtics, members of the New
England Patriots Cheerleaders, Miss Massachusetts and Miss Teen
Massachusetts, Miss New Hampshire and Miss Teen New Hampshire, Miss Maine and Miss
Teen Maine, Miss Connecticut and Miss Teen New York.. Along with Dr. Goodman,
Dr. Glick had the honor of serving on an expert panel at the 2005
Invisalign® Summit.

| Adam Goodman, D.M.D. |
 Dr. Adam Goodman is one of the leading Invisalign® providers in the
country. His practice is considered an Invisalign® Elite practice placing him in
the top 1% of all Invisalign® submitters. He is employed by Align
Technology to train dentists and orthodontists around the country in the
Invisalign® technique. Dr. Goodman is a spirited mentor ot fellow orthodontists
and GPs and he has become the lead lecturer for all ClinReview full day
hands-on seminars. His infectious enthusiam for orthodontics and Invisalign®
is always on display for our customers. Dr. Goodman was a consultant for
Invisalign® Consulting Services (ICS) where he was known for detailed
clinical advice as well as outspokenness regarding Invisalign®'s limitations.
He is a member of the prestigious American Board of Orthodontics. Dr.
Goodman practices in New York City. Along with Dr. Boschken and Dr. Glick,
Dr. Goodman attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental
Medicine.
